Erin’s yoga journey began primarily as a physical practice in an effort to rehab a sports injury. Little did she know, that same practice would provide her with the mental clarity needed to navigate an intense workload at University. Fast forward to the end of her Kinesiology degree, Erin knew she wanted to be able to share the same magic of a yoga practice that she experienced with as many people as possible. She used her summer break to complete her Modo Level 1 training in Victoria in 2013. She has since taken Modo Flow and Power Flow trainings and is constantly trying to learn more and integrate her academic and work background into her classes to make the practice relevant to everyday life.
